Program Description: Circle of Calm will promote parental wellness for parents who have anxiety. The program focuses on helping parents cope with anxiety. Program Description: Dad’s group is an opportunity for fathers and their children to have targeted playtime together to connect through quality time and activities. Fathers learn the importance of unstructured, rough-play, and how they can be an important part of their children’s development. Activities have included fort building, flag tag, and building birdhouses.

Program Description: Empower U combines financial literacy programs with a 2:1 matched savings component up to $500.00 in free matched savings. This means every dollar saved by group participants generates two dollars. Empower U is open to people of diverse backgrounds who are experiencing low income. Through this program, participants take control of finances, reduce debt and save money. Receive up to $500 in FREE matched savings! The topics include budgeting, consumerism, credit, homeownership, debt repayment, and much more. The program includes 12 sessions and is available to men, women and couples.

Program Description: Health for Two (Hf2) provides support throughout pregnancy and up to 2 months postpartum to women who require extra support to have a healthy pregnancy. Services offered include: Education on pregnancy, birth, baby care and parenting (including pregnancy and parenting options). Support and referrals to community supports (such as maternity care, mental health, addictions, housing, food security). Resources may include milk coupons and prenatal vitamins.

Program Description: What if you could join a group of parents to discuss the actual parenting issues you are dealing with today, then practice with your child afterward in a parent-child playgroup? You will have a parenting coach right there to help you build positive interactions with your child and calmly resolve any behaviours that come up while you both play and socialize. At the same time, you will learn how to promote your child’s healthy brain development through play!
